PHP File Upload Script

[login to view URL] **REGISTRATION** User clicks Register which brings up a popup box with fields for username and password, in which they register and are added to a database of users. **SUBMISSION** A registered user clicks on submit, another popup box with fields for username, password, dropdown menu for type (image/video/audio), description, and can choose a file from their computer to upload and click a submit button. Submit box should close after a file is submitted. Filesize limit= Less than 2.5Mb Filetypes allowed = jpg, jpeg, mpg, avi, mp3, wav Anything outside of these parameters should be prevented from being submitted. Users should be restricted to 5 submissions every 24 hours. **MAIN CONTENT** The main content needs to fit into the width of the black box. This should display at the top: Image/Video/Audio, filename, Description, Comments, Username. (The comment box should be a popup box, where users put in their username, password, and comments, click submit and their comments are added to all the other users comments, displaying their username and their comment.) When a file is submitted, it will automatically add it to the top of the list, with all the specifics of the file under the columns. After about 20 submissions or so, (or choose a nice number that you think makes things easy to use), it should start to put the file which is at the bottom of the list, onto a second page. Under all of the files, should be links to the other pages. (I understand that this isn't the best description, I can do a mock up of it in html if it makes it easier.) **MODIFICATION PAGE** There should be a seperate modification page where I can use a username and password and log into the mod page and delete submissions. The main script should update automatically, removing links to files that have been deleted, and if i happen to delete pages and pages of files from the 'archive', the links to these pages should disappear automatically.
