OsCommerce Site Fix and Possible Redesign

Hello everyone. Thank you for looking at my project. I need this done ASAP... I've got a live OsCommerce site currently, where I'm receiving orders. I'm having issues with this, where the paypal integration is not working properly and a lot of the customers are having issues finalizing the payments via paypal. I am running the OsCommerce Multi-store with fast checkout for paypal. I currently have 4 stores I run from this backend. I need someone to fix these things for me. 1. **Most important. I have a live site and customers are having issues finalizing the checkout with paypal. I need this fixed ASAP. 2. I would like to implement the google checkout into my site as a checkout option. 3. I would possibly like to redesign the overall look and feel of this oscommerce template. I don't like the look of this plain generic template. I've seen some other templates that look much more professional and that's what I'd like this to look like. 4. I'd like to implement into the back-end of the cart Fedex and also US Postal service shipping. I know there are contribution already done, so would like to be able to just have you ad the mod into my site. That's everything I would like to have done. Utimately I would like to have one person be able to do this all. The most important thing to have done is the paypal fix right now! The other things I understand will take a bit of time to have done. Please send over your information with examples of your previous OsCommerce work. I will require the coder to be available via IM. I require your work have 6 months of support in the event something doesn't work correctly. I'm looking for someone who can work with me, not only on this project, but other projects of mine. Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Coder must be accessible online via Instant Messenger and email, in contact with me. It's imperative we have access to one another at all times to get these things done. 5) After I select the coder for the project, if the coder does not respond back to me within 24 hours and give me a plan of action, they will then forfeit this project and all funds will be sent back to me in order for me to select a different coder. ## Platform PHP
