I would like to have a java script coded all on 1 page,
probably a form with 2 different dropdown menus. Each
dropdown menu will have up to 70 different odds symbols.
Like 2/1, 5/2, 3/1, 4/1, etc. Both dropdown menus will
contain the same odds. The first menu will be labeled at
15 minutes, the 2nd menu at 2 minutes. The person using
this script will enter the odds for up to 20 different
positions in the form. Upon entering the 2nd odds, (3min.)
the final collum will give a result or number which will
usually be -9.0 to +9.0. for the # of odds he enters.
upto a maximum of 20 sets on the form. Each final
number is independent of all the others.
Now, for the hidden part and the calculations.
For each of the 70 odds, I want to add a constant
number, which I can correct myself later. I would like
the script to subtract the hidden
value from the 15 minute from the 3 minute hidden
value. This will give a number like 2.5. Each entry
will have it's own number. If the odds is lower
in the 3 minute collum the result will be a positive
number. If the odds is higher it will be a negative
number. And if the odds stay the same the result
will be 0.0.
Thanks, for any bids.
