Help me control title tags of all pages on OSCOMMERCE site.

I need someone to make changes to my oscommerce site so that I can control the title tags and meta tags of every page on my site. Right now it is set to default as the name of my business. I want to be able to put any title tag on any page of the site. I also have an article manager module that allows me to upload articles to the site and those also need to have their own title tags that match the title of the article. I also need to be able to add Links inconspicuosly in the footer or another footer made for the links to these articles that I am going to add. Please only bid on this project if you are very familiar with oscommerce and it's modules. MSN messenger is a must for this bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
