We need to recode or develop aOpen source ERP CRM POS with Webstore, Document managment and content Managment. PLs see a attached list for complete understanding of requirements. Do not waste time if u have no interest of completing this work. Each day the code will be uploaded to the rent a coder with info as what was done if u need extra time pls inform depending on progress we will go ahead with the project If u have a project excuted with a working demo is ok or if u can develop one by Opensource weberp or Edgeerp or any application in php java resembling my requirement pls quote the same for customizing and recoding to my requirement. We will need complete instruction, Setting in linux a packed executer will be good for for all the requirements of the application from start. E.G how to in install the database in opensuse 10.2 for the server with all dependencies to run the application Will need proxy server setup also in Suse 10.2 along with proper documentation in pdf or word format. We will need daily reports for work excuted from day one and gaurantees as to work getting completed. Daily updates updates of the source code to rent a coder so that we can also excute the same on our server to setup the softwrae and see how it works if work has been done or not . the detailed list is attached in zip form for ur through go over pls whatever u commit think and Go over the list then plan it out and let me know what time is required and how will we go about it.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

opensource platform linux or windows should be compitable with both either in php or java . or any open source language. We will first excute the finalcial part then the pos and the crm and webstore
