Conversion of AuoCAD building plans to Chief Architect format

We are looking for a person to convert some plans for a 3 storey house from AutoCAD format to 3D Chief Architect format. The purpose is purely for placement of furniture and generating 3D visuals, therefore we do not need accuracy in terms of building materials, electrical, plumbing etc, just a basic representation of the look of the building that we can then 'play with' by placing items of furniture etc. We would like to be able to place a camera in any room in the building and get an idea of how it will look when complete. The house is 3 storeys high and approximately 400 sq m in area. There is also a small garden area and swimming pool which we would like to be included in the model. Obviously prices will be difficult to quote before we provide the drawings but if bidders could indicate a rough price range then we would be happy to forward them the plans for a more accurate assesment. We do not want to attach the plans to the bid as our architect does not want them distributed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
