e-comm database in mySQL / PHP

What I would like is an e-commerce system developed using PHP and MySQL. -register on line -customer can buy Videos and DVD on line. -search facilities -log on / log off -etc The system needs to have a nice GUI, with an admin section that allows to add/delete/amend details etc. Search facility needs to a must. This system needs to be easily understood by myself so code explanation and user guide and other essential documents must be provided. I have chosen MYSQl and PHP as these sites can be easily developed using these languages so more concentration can be given to the documents. extra time has been given to provide the documents.
