Beads Webstore with Oscomerce

I have installed **Oscomerce** latest version in a Unix Server for a "Beads Webstore". I need to change the **look and feel of the website and webstore.** I will give you 2 or 3 Template Monsters **[login to view URL]** (PSD layered files and FLA files) I need that the final template that we are going to use has some design and some Flash parts of this templates to get final version. You only will need to change color, images and integrate it. I need to change **"look and feel"** and get ready webstore with the design and function. There **won't be online** payments but other payments like deposit, money order, etc, YES. I need some kind of **"small"** training for this new webstore for doing updates or creation of new content and creation of new webpages or sections If that includes to change design template how to make it the more easy way.
