MS Access front end similar to Windows Explorer.(repost)

Need an app in Access that will parse orders, as they arrive, in a certain outlook 2003 folder to an Access Database awaiting prosess and flagged as New. Orders in Outlook 2003 are broken into two parts, order details and payment. Some are without payment and need to be sorted differently as waiting payment. All emails are formatted pairs data. Data can come in in two ways. Resides on server in a continious file or by email locally in two parts as stated earlier. Would like app to show files as received Unprocessed, Ordered, Backordered or Shipped. Now we use a system that is based on shared folders and input manually into our inventory control system. We will still use our inventory control for accounting and inventory but need this parsing system and order flow control. Look and feel needs to be the same but in a database. Instead of different folders would like to have tabbed data to see where these orders are in the process. Need to know when orders come that they are flagged differently. Want to compare order details with a table of imported current data and sort for a purchase order. I think you get the drift at this point. Need to see when orders have reached a age that hasn't been filled yet. Common items relevant to order fullfillment system. Don't need accounting or real inventory control. Just order processing flow... Will provided data when we choose coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
