Attached is a document outlining the layout of the mail form necessary for this project. This is an Access Database project using Access forms, tables, queries, reports, etc. Any field that has the type listed as "table" means that this should be a separate table and that another form should be accessible from a switchboard, or the likes, in order to modify this table. Proper tab order and flow is expected. There are two parts to this project. One is the form that you see here, the other is the last field, named "Status History". I have included a description in this field of its purpose. This could potentially be a subform or a datagrid, etc. Basically, I need quotes for each part separately. one is for the database, etc. The second quote is for the needs of this "Status History" area. The purpose of Status History is to log each and every change on this main form and what the field value was before the change as well as what the field value is after the change. This should not happen when the record is created, only when it is saved or updated after creation. Of course reports would be necessary to report by customer, status, date, etc. Reports would also be necessary for the second part of this project to report by user or by booking #, etc to see what has been changed.
Let me know if there are any questions.
