MS Access Database

I have two groups of employees: ? Management Employees ? Non-Management Employees - Hourly Paid I would like to have a Microsoft Access database that will allow me to input the information below for each employee. The information for the proposed database for management employees is as follows: Name of Employee (text) Employee Number (alphanumeric) Management [] Non-Management [] Department (alphanumeric) Time In (numeric) (12 hour format) Time Out (numeric) (12 hour format) Absent (numeric) (days) Accident on the Job (numeric) (hours, days) Company Business (numeric) (hours, days) Educational (numeric) (hours, days) Jury Duty (numeric) (hours, days) Maternity Leave (numeric) (hours, days) Personal Leave (numeric) (hours, days) Sick Leave (numeric) (hours, days) Seminar (numeric) (hours, days) Training (numeric) (hours, days) Traveling (numeric) (hours, days) Vacation Leave (numeric) (hours, days, weeks) The information for the non-management employees is as follows: Name of Employee Employee Number Management [] Non-Management [] Department Time In Time Out Absent Absent during Work Hours Accident on the Job Educational Jury Duty Left the Plant Early Maternity Leave Sick Leave Suspension Training Vacation Leave Warning Letter At the end of the day, I would like to gather information/print report to show the following: 1. The number of days each employee has takes off from work for each item listed above. 2. The number of days they were late for work. 3. The number of days each employee has remaining for each item (applicable) on the above list for the year. For example, I should be able to enter the number of vacation/sick/maternity days that employee is entitled to for the year. Once this information is entered then when the dates he has taken are entered in the database, these dates are automatically deducted and the number of remaining days should show upon the report. 4.
