Assistant needed to create web pages, generate keywords, etc

We are in search of an assistant who is able to work with little to no oversight. We will provide full video training on every step involved, however, the ideal assistant is: 1) Familiar with Wordpress and how to navigate it. There is a training video outlining exactly how to do this, but you will be creating very simple landing pages using a theme that only requires you to "plug and play" 2) A very small knowledge of PHP. Basically we will provide you with some PHP code and you will have to change one line (a url), but that will require you to know how to open the PHP file and edit it using a text editor or any other editor that can edit PHP files. 3) Familiar with the operation of Filezilla, or any other FTP program. We will require you to upload the PHP file you created in step (2), as well as upload an image to a separate folder as well. 4) Able to use the Google external Keyword tool with very simple step-by-step instructions. Basically you will be creating a keyword list of over 1,000 keywords by entering in a root keyword that we provide and cutting and pasting that list into Excel. It may seem like a lot of requirements, however, if you even have 10 minutes of experience in any of these areas, it will suffice. The assistant will be creating web pages and performing keyword mining for us for about 3 hours a day, 5 days per week. As stated, full training and support will be provided, but the right assistant will be able to start the day without any oversight whatsoever. If you fail to perform 2 days in a row (without prior notice), you will be fired and another provider chosen. Initially you will be put on a 2 week trial period, then after those 2 weeks we will evaluate your performance, and if satisfactory, I will give you a raise, and perhaps talk about giving you more responsibilities.
