Need a new support system for my website.
The website already use zen-cart with a custom made ticket system, but that only works for registered users via the website.
What i need is, when someone sends a mail to it generates a ticket on the admin interface where we admins can assign to that ticket and reply to that address the mail came from.
Its more than less how big companies support systems works.
And there is more to be done than this.
Need a estimated value and time to make this.
