Web designers/Programmers needed to enter a business project

I am currently seeking freelancer web designers/developers. To work on an online project with me, The project is an online text based game, however the ideas are like none ever seen before. We will continue to create and develop the website (build new versions) and continue to grow. To begin with the Job will be programming and designing, however after a few months it will go into a support role (at your own pace) until required to code / discuss ideas ect. You are not required to work full time, just a few hours a day if you wish or more when you want, it depends if you are / would be passionate about the site. Pay: will be between 10% and 15% of monthly earnings as I am looking for 3-4 people. You will be asking how much money is that a month? Well I know some games that make on average $50,000 a month. And with the ideas / marketing this will be easily achievable. However this is mostly for your portfolio and to meet a bunch of friendly people. You must know some of the following: 1: HTML 2: CSS 3: PHP 4: SQL/MSQL 5: JavaScript 6: Flash 7: Ajax any web designing such as photoshop/illustrator. Or any marketing ideas / experience.
