Magento site - Payment module and City/state module - Need enhancement

Project Description: the below modules already exist. Need enhancement. HDFC and Citurs Payment DB logging: WORK TO BE DONE: 1) log hdfc first response data into DB (for this a new sql table has to be imported into the DB) column name: Date_added, Details, Order_id (i will email the snapshot of the old table from different DB) 2) Set "cancelled" status in the Admin->order after payment terminated during the payment process.(HDFC/Citrus) After clicking "pay" button, during the payment process, if the payment did not go through, for eg, customer clicking back button or closing the browser then the order status should show as "cancelled. Basically the order status should be "Cancelled" if the payment did not go thru successfully. 3) Show Error message(hdfc/Citrus response error message) in the front end on the order confirmation page if the order Fails during payment transaction. ----------------------------------------------- COD MODULE: State and City with COD option: (MODULE IS ALREADY PRESENT BUT NOT FUNCTIONING AS PER THE REQUIREMENT) I have a module called "COD" in admin, and basically it does this, * Create State and City * Enable/disable Cash on Delivery (COD) to any city Eg: admin: Tamilnadu - Coimbatore - COD enabled Tamilnadu - Chennai - COD Disabled If the customer specifies the shipping address to "Coimbatore" then "cash on delivery" option should be VISIBLE in the "payment information" section. (Shud take SHIPPING ADDRESS CITY not billing address city) On frontview: - HDFC - NET Banking - Cash on Delivery If the customer specifies the shipping address to "Chennai" then "cash on delivery" option should be INVISIBLE in the "payment information" section On frontview: - HDFC - NET Banking WORK TO BE DONE: 4) Even after deleting cities/states , the deleted cities/states are visible in the frontend it needs to be corrected, under * during check out process (billing and shipping address) * customer accounts - address book * guest check out process Where ever the state and city is reflected.
