229865 Customize Wordpress theme CSS

I have an open-source theme but I need to make the following changes: - the theme has only 2 columns which I would like to make into 3. - the theme has gray colors and i want to change it to light blue. - the theme has a built-in feature article "square blocks" and I would like to make these "blocks" appear on the left side column of the theme as well - include page navi each post below - asian characters not appearing on top of browser header (don't worry, this is an english blog). - display the google ad in hotspots which i will specify - install related post plugin to appear in all post - create a gif icon next to web url - install script to disable ctrl x, v, p and highlight for ie+firefox - install google custom search - move bookmark + share this icon on top/near title - the featured articles/post needs to be fixed (their is instructions on how to do that). The programmer must host the revised theme and once everything has been checked, I will then transfer the revised theme to my blog and complete payment. Please bid accordingly and reasonably.
