Hi I am looking for a online database where our company sales people can add different services and print out the contract/estimate and have the customer sign the printed copy. once the customer agree (means sign the contract/estimate) to the price , sales person will mark that estimate online as sold. then estimate will show up in the owner/manager login page, where he can select the estimate and assign each service a date ( thats the date is going to be that service is going to get done). once owner/manager assigned the date, that information will be sent to customer, sub contractor by email( if they provided the email) also sent a copy of the email to sales person, also show up in a calendar where it shows whats going on each day.
Here is a brief break down
We need multi user account.
master login ( lets call it owners page) where he add/create all his sales people account.
then we have all sales people which we created in the owners page
please note, this is not open for public, only for this company personals.
so we should have 2 types of account- Master and sales people
once sales people login, he can add new customers/clients. take all the necessary fields, including customer name, address, phone number, cell #, email address, shipping address ( if its different than the original address)
then we can add client's work orders , means add services he is looking for-
for example, customer can ask for window installation, and or painting, roofing etc..
each work is assigned to different sub contactors.
our company and sales people are the middle man, we get the customers and assign each job to different sub contractors. so basically in the master page , owner/mgr should be able to set(pre define) each job to different contractors. owner can unlimited numbers of contractors, make sure we take all the necessary information , such company name, address, phone number, and assigned job and its fixed price. ( each subcontract should have unique id )
so i hope you understand the flow of program. Once sales man add the client and their work orders, he should be able to print estimate, where it shouldnt show the subcontractors name to the customers. sales man should be able to produce the estimate as pdf or word file.
sales man and owner should be to search customer by their phone number for their existing work, estimate
