Wav, MP3 GigEvaluator(tm) Development & Test

Need programmer with a sound, acoustic, music background to a) write code for the evaluation of wav, mp3 and other popular audio formats similarly to the current version that is able to evaluate midi format and some wav formats (see [url removed, login to view] website for more details), and b)complete White Box Testing of the current BETA GigEvaluator program by offering a list of specific suggestions for (1) ensuring this product is robust and (2) improving and /or further expanding the capabilities and/or performance of this new product. GigEvaluatorTM provides instantaneous audio, visual feedback and an official, printed report of your music performance proficiency for a Gig that either you just performed live or have recorded previously. It evaluates overall performance, tempo, timing, rhythm, timing-staccatto, rhythm-staccatto and volume deflections. In addition, it offers you a way to find out how does your music performance proficiency stack-up against that of your peers on the basis of age or ability in your geographical area or around the world. Finally, it issues an official certificate of your music performance proficiency for a Gig either you just performed live or have recorded previously. • Training: GigTrainerTM self-teaches you how to improve and perfect your music performance proficiency by getting useful hints and tips while you are playing and enjoying yourself. • Interactive games/competitions: GigCompetitorTM offers you a way to play music games with your friends and others by having music performance proficiency competitions. In this way, you can establish quickly your professional proficiency ranking around the world.

## Deliverables

1) Your bid MUST include intelligent and probing questions that can demonstrate to me that you know what you are doing both intimately and thoroughly, thereby you are fully capable of completing successfully this type of project OR your bid will NOT be considered. 2) Each selected bidder will be required to sign a Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement about the subject Intellectual Property of Costas Chantzis. 3. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as original, complete source code of all work done (including technical support for debugging of program during BETA testing and within 3 months of product launch). 4) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 5) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 6) Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on: Part a) On a date to be determined by the programmer(s) and Part (b) 4 weeks after completion of part (a) of this project. Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
