Overview
I have been given the task of producing a time reader program in C++ language The program functions as follows: The program must convert a time in the following format [login to view URL] e.g. (10.42.48)
To this format - Forty two minutes and forty eight seconds past ten
------------------------------------------------
How The Program Should Work
- Must prompt the user to enter a time in the format [login to view URL] using the 24 hour clock
- The program must check for invalid entries of the date string, such as 9.4.4 or 10.four.04 - these would be invalid and the user would be asked to enter a new time in the correct format.
- The program must check for invalid minutes and second entries, such as 10.67.67. This is incorrect as there are only 60 minutes in an hour and 60 seconds in a minute. The user would be asked to enter a new time in the correct format.
- After validation checks the program should output any correctly entered time strings in the correct format e.g. "forty two minutes and forty eight seconds past ten"
- The program must ensure that the following time string, 00.01.01 would be displayed as "one minute and one second past twelve"
*IMPORTANT*
this is the second time Ive had to submit this work, it might sound funny, but the last time the coder completed the work to a high standard, and I got found out! Hence why its up a second time. Its important that the program is done *without* using FUNCTIONS. All variable names need to be extremely easy to understand and the work will need to have comments for everything that is coded.
Note- the program doesn't need to be well coded or efficient - just as long as it functions to the required specification.
I would also like the coder to supply me with a JSP diagram of how the program works.
I'll attach the first program, but this is only to show you how *not* to code the program.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
