Simple E-mail Program

Create a basic email program that supports SMTP and POP3. The user interface should look like Outlook Express and should support mail folders for users to categorize downloaded emails. The final program should be a single EXE. The user should be able to simply run it without having to install it. The mail storage file should be a flat file that resides in the same directory as the EXE.
