Printer DLL - URGENT

We need a DLL creating, or indeed a C# class that performs the following:

Allows all print jobs to be monitored for a given printer

Exposes a DeleteJob method, accepting a jobid to delete

Exposes a PauseJob method, accepting a jobid to pause

Exposes a ResumeJob method, accepting a jobid to resume

We also need:

1. Doc name

2. Host name

3. Username

4. Total pages

5. Total size

We have a DLL presently, but sometimes the job slips through the spooler too fast for it to capture the info, and also if the job is big, the info is captured too soon and total size is 0 even though it may be 5mb.

So a way to slow the spooler down so that all jobs can be captured would be very good.

We need this as soon as, and will be willing to give a coder a bonus if this is done within 4 days.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
