MATLAB Contour Script - See Description

Hello all, I have a *.mat file with a variable in it called "plane." The variable is a 2D matrix/array with the outline of a circle in it. There are "1"s for the inside of the circle, and "0"s for the outside. You can see the data by just viewing the variable, and you can see the overall shape by using imagesc(plane). Now I need a script that will return the points that consist of the outside contour points only. For instance, it should return a two column array (one column for x locations, and one column for the corresponding y locations. One important point is that the first point in the returned array may be arbitrary, but the next point needs to be the next counterclockwise point on the circle. The array should end one point before (clockwise) to the first point in the returned array. This also needs (and will be used for) other CLOSED form shapes, not ojust the circle. I will be porting this to C/VB/another language later, so I don't want to you and functions that only MATLAB has. I hope this is clear.
