Improve Delphi Twitter Application + Create a Twitter Account Checker(repost)

I have some delphi source code relative to a desktop twitter application that connects via API that requires some minor editing. 1. Add in Oauth and option to post as Web connection to existing source code. [login to view URL] 2. Add in proper abort. Currently has problems aborting. 3. Edit code relative to messages posted. I will explain this to coder chosen. 4. Add in a scheduling mechanism into the software so that users can schedule the posting of their messages. 5. Create a separate control to test that twitter accounts are active. I have php code for this to demonstrate exactly what I mean. 6. Fix registration of application so that the submit button is not active until registration. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform Delphi PHP
