Hide/Lock folders

I need a program for hinding and locking files, folders and disk in windows98 and above, such that: - It can be coded in C++ or VB. But it should be very smart in using system resourses - There is an admin password, which is required for open and uninstall - The program works in stealth mode always. I mean it is always invisible - There is an option to not put the program in the program list, and the user uses a specified shortcut in the keyboard to open it - simple and nice interface design, with XP look and icons - The folder, files and disks are locked and hidden by adding them in a list and pressing a button begin the hiding/locking process - Hide means the file/folder/disk can not be seen in the windows explorer - Lock mean the file/folder/disk can not opened, copied, deleted, moved in windows explorer Note: Good coders can bid more than what I've specified ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
