VC++ Gugu Needed

We are looking for **VC++ experts** to develop a client server application, this is the first phase of the development. The candidate should be expert in windows programming and be very familiar with win32 API, Socket, XML. Basically, the applicaiton will have following featues:

1.VC++ windows client would download the information(Either in HTTP or SOAP),

2. storing the information locally with Access DLL on the local machine, then VC++ windows client will show GUI to work with the information on the local Access database.

3. uploading the information from local Access database to the server (Either HTTP or SOAP)

4. the VC++ windows client program will runn diagnose to gather the system information to sent them back to the server for trouble shooting

5. interacting with ActiveX with backoffice web service program

6. featuring a troubleshooting program to inspect the machine and resolve the issues

7. incorporating fingerprinting to catch the fingerprinting to sent back to the server

8. incorporating capturing web-cam images to sent back to the server.

We are looking for guru level of windows VC++ development, must be the experts.

We **ONLY** consider candidates who meet** ** following criteria:

1. Good RAC rating, Top coder is a plus.

2. Must have proven track record of large Windows VC++ software development experience. Please submit your portfolio with previous similiar projects and client reference.

3. Who can maintain close communication with us on daily basis. Being responsible and responsive to any issues thought out the development.

4. Must sign NDA before starting the development.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
