We are requesting bids for a windowed application to manipulate graphics images (jpegs, but support for other formats should not be completely excluded). The application should open a primary image and give the user options to copy, cut and past other images parts into the main image. We need a configurable number of pop-up palettes to hold the secondary images grouped by their use. The user should be able to open a desired pallete and select one of these secondary images by clicking on it and using the normal windows copy and paste to place the image in the main image. We also need drag and drop supported. The application should also support moving the secondary images around the main image or deleting them off of it entirely. When all images have been placed properly, the user should be able to save the new image with all images intact. Possible additions would be an admin area to import the secondary images into the application and create new palettes.
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Windows 98/2000/xp Application should compile under gcc (cygwin or ming32) and not require MSVC runtimes of any kind. We also require the window library to be wxWindows ([url removed, login to view]) and the graphics manipulation library to be ImageMagick ([url removed, login to view]).
