I want to automate my research. I have a list of addresses that I need to run comparable sales on. I have screen shots going along the whole process. I have an excel file with the address information. I then want it to go to my data provided (corelogic) and input the address data and click "Submit Request" (screenshot 1). This page loads and it simply needs to click "Generate REports" (screenshot 2). Then it opens a page in a new window and I want to print it as a pdf file or just save it as a pdf file(I currently just have Bullzip PDF Printer addin for firefox) Screenshot 3. I want it to save to a specific directory on my cpu where it creates a new folder named the street address, city, state and saves it in that folder. Then I want Next i want it to use the zillow api to get all the information from zillow on that same property. This information simply needs to go into the excel file. Finally i want it to go to [url removed, login to view] and get the rental range for that same property. If you have any questions please send a message before saying you can do the job.
