Beginner on C program

Need help in Creating a small program that will calculate & print the current date & time using the time.h library in C. See complete description in Zip File. *NOTE* This is the 2nd time I've submitted this request. The 1st attempt wouldn't compile & had zero comments, it didn't help. I need lots of comments because I'm trying to learn this language. Thanks. Please Please PLEASE help me out. Thanks.
