C++ App Needed .. Simple

This should be a simple enough project for anyonw who has programmed in C++ with Windows. I need a simple app. Really, a glorified clock. Features: Systray Icon (don't care.. just use a generic) Main window should be a countdown clock MM:DD:HH:MM::SS Menus are: **Actions** * Update Time * Minimize * ----------- * Log Off **Help** > About UPDATE TIME should not do anything yet. Just pop a little message box saying "YOU CLICKED ME" MINIMIZE should clear the window off the screen, leaving the systray icon. LOG OFF should pop a little message box saying "YOU CLICKED ME". Build the necessary function to do a WIN2k/XP logoff, and have the function call commented within this button's action. ABOUT should be the standard About box. COMMENT THIS CODE WELL.
