protect my pdf using adobe 6.0

Hi,

I have a document that was converted to pdf using adobe acrobat, the document has links in that are active, however i dont have any security protection on my book and i used a trial version of adobe 6.0 , this trial version does not allow you to use the security features.

can someone put the security feature on my pdf using adobe 6.0 since i will be sharing this pdf document with people but i want them to have their own password to access it
