Hi, I need an Instant Messenger similar to MSN Messenger. But much more simpler version and with Adsense Ads and Image Ad Rotation. The Messenger will have the options to allow you to sign in to your MSN Messenger account as well as your own website membership account. There should be some sort of simple Admin section where the webmaster can manage the following: 1) Google Adsense Ads and codes 2) Image Ad rotation 3) Ability to upload Video which can be viewed directly on the Messenger. This is a pretty simple project so it shouldn't be too difficult.

Hello, Im a freelance programmer from the United States, 9 years C/C++ with plenty of years in other languages. I would gladly do your project, but your a bit off budget wise. I would estimate $2500 and a one month development time as the base, with your own server, another 2 weeks and $1000 for full MSN support. Please keep in mind that the dedicated server for managing your own chat program is around $100/month, and you will be purchasing that yourself.
