I want these modification to be applied to Elastix:
1. In the Agent Console, Agent call center can make outgoing calls without having to use the campaign. Agents simply enter the destination phone number manually via the call button.
2. When the inbound call in, agents can enter custom data via form just like when we do outgoing calls.
3. Integration of call center users with vtigercrm. Agents only need to log in only once in order to go to the agent console and vtigercrm.
4. There will be a popup in the agent console when there is ingoing calls. Agent will press a button on the popup to start the conversation.
5. Recording files on the call center should be changed to O_agentuser_phonedestination_date (when outbound call) and I_agentuser_phonenumber_date (when inbound call).
