XML to asp

Hello! I need help with two things: 1 - I have already an asp page that is linked and updated from an XML file, and it is a one-week program, but the result is a long list, I want this page will consist of tabs instead of the long list, each tab should have its title from XML file, which is a date. first tab must begin with the date yesterday, and today's date will be highlighted. And it would be perfect if we can convert the date format, eg, from "2009-11-18" to "Monday 18/11". NOTE! You'll not change any of the content or appearance of the web page. you'll just make tabs for each day. 2 - I have a video gallery wroten in php, and it is connected to a mysql server. I need to have a link to the last added video, and put it in an asp page. so you'll not change anything, but you just well tell me how to write correct code in the asp page. or I can send you a copy of the page, you fix it, and send it back to me. I know that a clever programmer can fix it in 30 minutes, so I have only to find the right person. Because thats a litle job, so the budget for this is only $50.
