Website with flashplayer

Hello

I want a complete website with an own flashplayer.

I want to flashplayer to be able take movies from other site from embedded and links.

I want the flashplayer to be able to take movies from the server also.

I want a nice design and 5 categories for the movies.

I also want 5 links so I can put the information and so on somewhere.

I want an admin site where I can login and control all movies, pictures and text from there.

It would be good if visitors could comment, rate, report and so on the movies.

I make payment through paypal and I pay when I see the website be complete and full working.

I want some upgrades including in the price, so if I find something not working or a bugg, it will be fixed by you.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I want the website to be working for all 6.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and 2.0+ versions of Firefox. Good if it will be working for the other also.

PHP or ASP is up to you. Also the database.
