We need a website with 8-10 static pages. All the contents shall be provided by us. This website shall hold 2 pdf brochures, 2 email letters that has to be designed by you. You will be designing 4-5 logos that represents the best of our business and brands. It should have a content management system, where we can manage all major functionalities mentioned below:
1) This is going to be a website with decent design. Design has to be very excellent. Our choice on designs should be explained via example sites. We will need 2- 3 home page trials and few rounds of changes on the chosen design.

Content Writer should be able to register on the website and be able to submit their content on various topics. Website owner (admin) should able to review the content and approve to get it published on the website. This entire system should allow all the features to work perfectly without any errors or bugs.
3) Content Writers will get register first with their Full Name, Address, Phone Number, etc. Our system should generate one unique ID for the registered user. He/she should receive that ID to their email address along with their registered username and password. Once the content writer gets register, the system should have an option where content writers can copy-paste or type content in the online editor. The content writer is allowed to upload one picture on their profile and adjust/crop as per best fit. If admin permits or ticks - The same picture,photo,logo will be displayed when they submit their content. Admin should be able to see the preview of the page before submitting. This editor page will have following features:
a. Name of the topic – It will allow writer to name the topic for eg: How to cook food? – This should automatically become the meta title of the page upon administrators approval.
b. Business Industry - It will allow writer to select any one Industry. The list shall be provided by us.
c. Category of the topic – It will allow writer to select the category of the topic from the dropdown. The list shall be provided by us.
d. Subcategory of the topic - It will allow writer to select the subcategory of the topic from the dropdown. The list shall be provided by us.
e. Description of the topic – It will allow writer to add some sort of description about the content highlighting the main keywords of the content. This should automatically become the title meta tag description of the particular html page upon administrators approval.
f. Main keywords of the topic – It will the list of keywords that the topic is based on. Writer will puts commas (,) in between the keywords, phrases. This should automatically become the title meta keywords description of the particular html page upon administrators approval.
g. Entire Description – This is the main editor on the same page, where user can either copy-paste or start writing on the topic. This editor should have all the features like check the spellings, errors, fonts, underline, bold, size etc etc.
h. Submit – Upon submittion, it should be stored in the admin area. Once the administrator checks the content and approves the content – it should get published in the selected category. Administrator should be able to change/edit/delete any content, options before or after approval. Admin should be able to see the preview of the page before submitting.
i. After Submission: It should ask content writer if he/she wants to add more contents in his account. If yes, then again it should open up the new editor page with the same options.
j. Content Writers should be able to check the list of content submitted with their status of approval and disapproval with reasons. The administrator should be able to do the same. If approved there is no reason to mention but if disapproved, then the administrator should be able to select the reason from drop down.
k. Upon the approval/disapproval – the content writer should receive one email with the status. The same status they can see in their account though.
l. Admin should be able to change/manage/edit meta title tags, meta description, meta keywords manually. It should not affect the sitemap or any functionalities of the site.
4) Main admin: should be able to manage the entire website with following facilities:
a. Admin should be able to create as many admin logins/passwords he wants
b. The sub admins should have all the facilities of the main admin.
c. All admin should have facility to approve/disapprove/change/modify the content or any part submitted by the content writer.
d. Admin should have rights to decide or tick personal details like name, picture, website url, email (of content writer) should get published along with the content approval.
6) Sitemap – should automatically be updated as soon as the content is published or added or deleted.
7) Admin should be able to add/edit/delete categories/subcategories/industries through the admin area.
8) Miscellaneous: Published page / article page will have all the following reflection;
a) Add a bookmark / social bookmarking option.
b) Send this article - to the email address
c) Refer a friend & earn
d) Content by using an RSS feeds on the website
e) Should not allow people to write any adult language or words - should have report abusive comment or article. List of all the abusive keywords and replacements shall be provided by us.
f) Should allow user to fetch the contact list from their Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail or other email accounts and refer them via our generic letter.
g) Newsletter signup facility
9) All the article pages should have all the below options as a display:
a) The article page will show the main categories on the left which has maximum number of topics under. That means that the Category having highest number of articles should be on the top in the left hand side panel. List of initial 10 rankings.
b) The article page should have Smart search feature to find any article related to the phrase / keywords entered by visitor.
c) At the end of any article page, it should also display the related topics submitted by the same author/writer. Thereafter, it should also separately show the other related topics by other authors/writers
d) The article page should also have login option where user can login and enter straight away and surf the web or add the content. If any new user tries the login page and if he is not registered then the website should ask to register.
e) The top / header panel with have banner space, which can be uploaded via admin. Each page will have common banner of the company. However, if there is any advertiser for any particular page, then the admin should be able to upload their a fixed sized banner or a flash file.
10) The main home page should display below options as a display:
a) Categories Name with highest number of articles on the left (first 10 list)
b) Centre space should have:
i. On the top – there will be a full size “Join us banner/advertisement” – clicking the banner- it should redirect to our Join Us / Registration page.
ii. Smart search on the home page centre position
iii. Recently added members name and picture - along with their recently approved articles title (10 listings). If they have not submitted any approved article then those members should not be displayed here.
iv. Old member’s name with Picture with their recently approved article with their article title.
v. Right hand side panel will have testimonials of our members.
