This is project to do all the programming and DB design and development for a Real Estate site. It has to include a member's area and of course admin area. All the standard features like registration, discriptions of properties to list for lease or rent, pictures upload, video upload, send emails, payment gateway (2Checkout, PayPal, and our custom merchant account implementation (this one is easy, lots of support from our bank)), property owners area with larger than 2 units buildings or houses etc.
The site will have to be scalable into different languages and idfferent characters sets.
We provide the visual design concept, story boards, site map and manage the project. We are looking for your expertise and experience in this kind of sites. All ideas are welcomed and expected.
