Promotional Portal AJAX ASP PHP FLASH

We are looking for a company/freelancer experienced in web applications development for promotional purposes (i.e. [login to view URL]) able to build a web application using ASP.NET or PHP (any of them) Flash, AJAX. Remote support capabilities are indispensable. * CMS architecture * Similar to [login to view URL] * Featuring a music player similar to the one at [login to view URL] * Create an AJAX-based window for link view. * Including user registration capabilities (login/password) * Including a basic-casino-game-based Interaction system (or a recommendation to a third-party developer) for users, where these will compete for prizes given by the sponsors in the grid. * Including Video/animation capabilities for every sponsor in the grid (see [login to view URL]) * The Application should deploy through an installer file to run as a start page in any browser (IE or Firefox) and which will request (via AJAX implementation) the update for changing elements (background design, new elements on the grid) or new web items (video, animation, picture) * Grid items and associated web items-related (videos, animation) stats. * The design is key. Banners and Logo design for the web application. Seasonal design templates are also required. * The time table to be established for the application delivery must be respected.
