Hello, We are looking for someone to develop in full a website that will contain all the features in [login to view URL] (rental and buy dvd web site online). A thorough look at the mentioned site will give you all the information you need to know about the project. We are translating the idea to another country so it is important that an interface is provided making it easy for our translaters to input text in the appropriate language though English is preferred for the database. Only the graphical interface will need to be in the foreign language : we will do it. The project will also require that there are two databases. One for the member details and one for the inventory. It will need to generate billing as well. This is not an urgent project.
