117834 Music videos website!

Well here's a challenge for anyone interested! i don't know if my budget can cover all the cost but i hope i can get what i have in mind. I'll try to explain the best i can so you will understand what is this about.

Ok i want to make a music videos website.. in which i will used videos from [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and other similar sites. this site will be only about spanish videos.. the programmer don't need to be spanish, but should be able to follow the requirements closely

some of the features this site will have are in the front page TOP 20 VIDEOS chart here is an example of how i want

this chart will be in the middle of the front page and will have a individual page as well, It will be updated automatically weekly and will change depeding the number of visits or hits each video had

the only thing i need from the chart are Current position, previous, a thumbnail of the band or artist, band name, song.. and a link to the video page

also in the front page there will be kind of like a small directory from which there will be 10 main categories which will be the genres or styles and within the 10 of them i will index the bands or artists and when you get to a specifical band page there you can choose any of the videos available.. which will be each in a unique page

also i want a search box in case people wanna search for a specific video directly.

Now like i said every video will be label within a genre, then artist, into and individual page in which it will have a rating system just like the example below

when you go this this website you'll see you have the option of 5 starts for each video i want my system to be exactly the same... with the # of votes and average rating

also each video can be commented in but i want to have the option that only members can rate and comment on videos, guest can only watch the videos if possible when a visitor watch a video there could be links to the other videos within the artist.

ALL VIDEOS will be upload by the administrator so i want a system in which i just can paste the video link into the certain category and type the title weather it's arstist and song name and a form which i can upload a thumbnail if i create a new artist

In the front page on the top of the page i want also to have the featured video of the week

on the top navigators i want to have the links to HOme, top 20, news, advertise, request, and bookmark.

I want to have a system for banner rotation that will appear in top of everypage just by editing 1 page

this one is important.. i want adsense links in every page for every video and in front page... too

I also want a section in the front page where i can place sponsors or links from other websites

I will have a sponsor banner in the bottom of the page as well.

the way i want this page to look it's real neat. with a smooth unique layout i have an idea for it ..here is the example

I like the way this page looks with the 2 tone dark background and the custom big green title letters but instead of green i want yellow letters also the thumbnails with the yellow around them and when you cross the mouse over each image i want to have an image effect like that.

the title of this website will be [url removed, login to view] i would also like for you to do the overhead title in custom letters

I'm just a webmaster i'm not a big expert on scripts so i don't know on what this site will run PHP, MySQL, Java, Html.. you let me know

Please i would like this site too as professional as possible, BUG FREE.. i will choose the programmer that i think will work the best i'm payin good money for it

Also when i choose the programmer i want you to work real close with me.. step by step, you will keep me updated of the progress, perhaps we can be in touch by instant messanger.

I'm posting this project for 30 days but if i find some i'll will close it sooner.
