Hello Programmers, I have an extractor program which was developed in VB and it extracts item information & images from [url removed, login to view] for my auctions. The program enters the item number in the search box on [url removed, login to view] site, if the item is found, it extracts the item information, saves it in excel sheet and also downloads the item image and save it in a folder on my computer. The program is not currently working apparently due to changes in the [url removed, login to view] site format so parsing is not being done properly. The [url removed, login to view] site changes frequently which causes the parsing problem for the program and therefore I have to get it modified again and again. I need a permanent solution to this problem. I would like the program to either automatically adjust the parsing according to any future changes in the [url removed, login to view] site or I should be able to adjust the parsing manually without having to have the program code modified repeatedly. I would prefer to have my current program modified to fix the parsing problem. However, if it is not possible then you can develop a new program from scratch with all the functions of my current program including the function that would take care of the parsing issue. I would like the coders to explain in detail how their application or modifications to my current application would solve the parsing problems that are caused due to frequent changes in the [url removed, login to view] site. I would also consider lower bids, therefore please be very fair with your prices. Thank you and happy bidding!
