Looking for London UK based php/asp/cgi/.net programmer.

I have website concept and will do the webdesign, however need a London England based webdesigner to do the interaction/database coding.

Concept isn't too complicated- online form (dropdown menus) based on database, and text fields. Form submission is confirmed by recieving email (and following a url in the confirmation email), once confirmed the form data is sent off to relevent email address.

1) User fills in form

2) User clicks submit

3) User recieves email and clicks url to confirm

4) Once confirmed the form data is emailed to relevent address.

The database of form elements isnt too large but must be able to be easily and regulary altered by myself.

Once interaction is done, I will do the webdesign around the structure- so no design work. - London based offers only please!
