_Final project details......

I have a current simple website at [[login to view URL]][1] which has been written in ASP.
The improvements will be a CMS, increased fields, Member systems, archiving, searching etc. as well as a cloned and modified version of the site for another arts/ebay type site. The site will also have to power websites for other artists, managed from a central secure hub.
_The project plan
_ 1. Merge the current asp site with a fully completed CMS which has already been coded by the original programmer but not integrated.
2. Member login for suppliers (artists) and customers “favourites?? system integrated.
3. Develop and finalise on line reporting and search functionality for the many images and styles and artists etc. as in current site.
4. Test and role out some websites for artists in a few basic designs.
5. Clone website and start rebuilding for the 2nd Business project) [An art collectors trading website], so that live data can be loaded and initial testing
6. Complete further modifications on the [[login to view URL]][1] so that its functionality is of the highest standard and rolling out many artists websites, and can power 100’s of artists sites.
7. _All of this needs to be completed by the 15th May._
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
