Globalisation Architecture for ASP.Net website

We have an existing website, which needs enhancements in many areas. We are beginning with building a "globalisation" architecture for the website, so that it can be translated into many languages, and managed easily. The current system is in English, and we would like to be able to build an architecture, so that translations into new languages can be managed easily without re-compiling the source code, i.e on the fly. Some of the literature on ASP.Net globalisation suggests use of resource files / XML files , satellite assemblies etc.. and built-in classes to render language specific UI on the fly. This bid is for developing that method, that architecture, which we can use...to make our website ready for internationalisation. Basically what you will need to do is simple: 1. Think of a nice, scalable, flexible, manageable, easy-to-use programmatic solution for globalisation. [People who have done this in the past are preferrable, I would like to see samples of their work] 2. Build this structure, say resource files, XMLs etc...and 3-4 sample pages(which we will provide in english). The globalisation architecture you build, should be applied to these sample pages, so we can easily apply the same method to all future developement of our site; This should then enable us to simply translate a few XML / resource files, or whatever, so we can add additional languages in which the site can be viewed!
