Form filler with scheduling

I need a program, in whatever programming language your want, that allows me to set the posting of my Getafreelancer projects at a given date/time in the future (when I think it's more performant...).

The page where I input a new project must be like the "Open New Project" page ([url removed, login to view]).

It must be able to accept, memorize and schedule multiple projects with independant date/time for each project.

If a post action goes into an error, it must log the error.
