CSS LAYOUT CHANGE:
On main page, remove the entire lower “right side column”. (product info, product stats, click to enlarge)
Move the entire “center column” (main product photo, product details) to the right 50 px
The user should be able to login and change/view account information, as well as check order status. (mirror whiskeymilitia’s login process)
If for some reason the queue has no products in it, it should pull randomly from the existing inventory to fill featured product position until the list is once again populated.
A WYSIWYG Editor for any emails that are sent from the system to the user.
“Thanks For Your Order! - Order #000000” when the checkout process is completed.
“Your Order Has Shipped! - Order #000000” when the order status has been changed to “shipped.”
“#Name Wanted You to Check This Out!” when someone fills out the “Let A Friend Know” form. It should contain the referred product thumbnail as well as the product description.
“Your Order Has Been Canceled - Order #000000” when the order status has been changed to “canceled.”
Your Return Has Been Received - Order #000000” when the order status has been changed to “return received.”
Promotional Email to ALL Customers
A simple Wordpress Blog built into the site. Currently, the “Blog” button on the nav links to no where. It should be styled with similar colors, and maintain the top navbar and logo header.

We should be able to select, from a drop down menu, a product weight class for each product. This will allow for the system to create a shipping cost/value based on the products weight class. Each weight class will have a dollar value assigned to it. This is what some of the weight classes would look like:

8 - 16oz. ::: $8.79
UPS SHIPPING RATES:
0 - 8oz. ::: $5.25

This page should be a simple contact form: Name*, Email*, Phone, Order #, Message and a CAPTCHA.

The user should be able to submit this form from the front page.
It should have a little pop up message that says “Message sent. Thanks!”
In the admin, we should have a WYSIWYG editor for the email that is sent out
Thumbnail Product Info Column
Thumbnail info is not correct. All products say “0 of” remain. If no products have sold, it should say “20 of 20” remain, or “72 of 72” remain. When one sells, it will change to say “71 of 72 remain.” Also, the grey/black bar should be less and less full as products sell. Like a thermometer of how many products remain. Look at whiskeymilitia to see how this works.
When “0 of 28 remain” that thumbnail should no longer be on the homepage.
The “ADD THIS” needs to use “[url removed, login to view]” as the added/referenced link.
The purchase process must be streamlined as it is with WhiskeyMilitia. Please test as a logged in user, as well as a non-logged in user. Whatever technology needs to be used to make it the same, AJAX, PHP or something else, use it. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH.
Site should allow for the user to not have to login until the final step of checkout where they just enter their password to verify their purchase (again, see whiskey).

Codes should either have a $ value, or a % OFF value.
IF THE USER ADDS A PRODUCT TO THEIR CART, AND DOES NOT COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT PROCESS BEFORE THE PRODUCT INVENTORY IS “0”, MEANING NO ITEMS REMAIN IN OUR INVENTORY, THERE SHOULD BE A PAGE THAT INFORMS THE USER THAT THE PRODUCT HAS SOLD OUT.
We will be getting a payment gateway through a large company like Authorize.net. As soon as I have that info, I will supply it to you.
INVOICE PRINTING/ORDER MANAGEMENT:
Ability to print invoices
Ability to change status of order.
Export addresses and order #s to excel file (with ability to “mail merge”)
