Programming language and platform required isn't important to us as long as work is quality and complete to requirements.
With the ability to change the template but maintain the functionality. If you can provide template design or source it for us it would be a plus.
The programming language used isn't important from our perspective but the ability to offer different communities and capabilities (chat, IM, etc.) shouold be controllable from the admin. Should have full capabilities to control membership db, and provide for a variety of funding methods, including those given currently and add ecurrencies, as well as others to be added by admin as needed. Banning by ID and upload photos capable.
Succesful programmer will have first option for all work related to the script, template/site changes for additional sites in the network we are to establish, and additional types of matrimonial and dating site script design and implementation, or template design and integration.
We are somewhat flexible on the budget if you can do the work successfully, but no gouging please. We want to get a long term partner to work with, not someone who wants to resell a script to us at 1000% profit. Trust and integrity are utmost importance to establish.
