295931 Trafffic Exchange Script Mods

I purchased this Trafffic Exchange Script from ProjectsAgent here, but I need custom modifications done to the script and wonder if anyone has time to do this? The url to the description and demo is [login to view URL] What I need Changed? 1) This script allows categories (ie directory). For instance, if you place your ad in subcategory "Great White", you aren't included in the rotation for parent directory "Sharks". I need the parent categories to include the subcategories when someone puts their site into an upper level category. 2) This script allows 2 images sizes (468x60 and 100x100) and 3 image types (image, flash, or text), but it doesn't rotate like banners with like banners. I need only 100x100 banners to exchange with 100x100 sized banners - otherwise it totally screws up my members website layouts. I also added another image size of 120x600 for skyscraper ads on my own, I want to keep this option. Also, I need text ads to only exchange with text ads, obviously. Right now there are no restrictions on text ads - I'd like to offer 1 line title and a 4 line description style ad, but like before - like only exchange with like. 3) I would like members to have the option to choose whether or not their websites can be displayed as a pop-ups/unders/starts/exits or not (these are just the extra modules that come with the script and these are set as variables in the admin panel for the whole script, but can't be set for individual members at this time). Their sites should still be listed in the directory and search, but this gives them the option to decide whether or not their ads are displayed as pop-ups. 4) I would like modifications done to the Safelist system so that members get points when someone sends an email to their safelist (they should be given x amount of credits per email on their safelist.) I also want admins to have the ability to import their own email lists into their safelist somehow - via cvs or flat text file should be fine. 5) I would like the ability to allow members to choose whether or not they pay/receive credits for impressions and/or click-thrus. Right now it gives and charges for both of them. I want members to choose from 3 choices A) only get/lose credits for impressions. B) Only get/lose credits for clicks OR C) Same as it is now and get/lose for both. Thanks You.
