SunShop Modifications Overview: The following add-ons need to be programmed in a modular fashion, including instructions on installation. These modifications will be implemented on several of our SunShop websites, and will also be implemented on future installations of our SunShop stores. This script is not going to be resold or distributed, however we are going to use it on websites in which we own and operate. Environment: It is important that the modifications be programmed for installation on a live server and live installation, with minimal downtime. These modifications will be installed on a store which already has live customers and daily orders. For specific PHP details you can e-mail us for a link to PHP Info, so you can see exactly what modules are installed on this shared server. We have not had any problems installing advanced PHP scripts, therefore we don't anticipate any compatibility problems. Experience: We need a programmer with a high level of programming experience and consulting experience, especially for the Profit & Sales Tracking Module. We need someone who can make suggestions and modify our specifications as they see fit. We are not the experts in this field, which is why it is necessary to hire and experienced programmer. We don't know what is and isn't possible – so we are open to suggestions, and we will ask for them. It is imperative that candidate we choose for this job can perform the work based on their professional experience, not on us telling them ‘exactly' what to do – we don't have that kind of knowledge. The candidate which we select will end up being a long-term consultant and programmer for all of our projects, current and future. Support: Please include 30-days of support in your bid. If we have any questions during the first 30-days we would like to receive prompt support and responses. We understand if there are any further modifications AFTER the initial project that they will be billable, and we will negotiate projects at that point. We require only basic technical and operational support to ensure a smooth transition. Timeframe: We would like to implement these modifications as quickly as possible. Our ideal candidate would be able to implement these modifications within the next 7-10 days. However, we realistically know that it could take longer. Our acceptable range is 7-15 days, as it is important that these changes be made by July 1st, 2004. We will negotiate a bonus for completion within 7-days, which may be greater than or equal to the bid quoted. We will negotiate this prior to project acceptance. Profit & Sales Tracking Module: - Product Cost - Credit Card Processor Cost - Display Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year - Shipping Fees will be calculated with the order total sell price, shipping costs will not need to be applied - Display top selling products & top selling categories - Display trends, movement up or down for any filtered criteria, if displaying daily profit, compare to yesterdays profit, if displaying weekly profit, compare to last weeks profit, etc. - Filter sales by country & state (& U.S. region if possible) - Graphical charting capabilities if possible Order Status & E-Mail Notifications: - Add three buttons to order view window under “Payment Information” and above “Status Information”. - Each button will send a different message to the customer - Each message can easily be modified as an e-mail template, including message body and message subject - Fields to be evaluated for each message should include Customer Name, Order Number & Order Total. - One button send a “Payment Declined” message, one button sends a “Payment Processed” message, and one button sends an “Order Processed” message - Status for the payment and order will be changed manually by the administrator External Payment Processing: - Create a button in the transaction view within the “Payment Information” section that allows the administrators to click a button, and have a new window open up and process the payment with [url removed, login to view] - We collect the credit card information and process ourselves, but right now we must use the [url removed, login to view] Virtual Terminal, we would like to have a button we can press that will open a new window, process the card information, and then tell us the result – accepted or declined - Information that must be sent to payment gateway are: merchant number, credit card number, expiration, amount, CVV2 code, order number, first name and last name.
