Multimonitor setup...
In Windows XP, when you save a file to the desktop, an icon shows on the default desktop. There is no choice of which monitor the icon should show at. If you want the icon to be on a different monitor, you have to drag and drop it to this monitor. I want this step bypassed, WITHOUT changing the default monitor.
At the bare minimum for this project (all that is required):
When a file is saved to the desktop, be able to change the default destination to the monitor of your choice.
I would prefer there not be a background process to do this. Great care should be placed on minimizing the use of system resources. I would assume that the best solution would be a hack to a Windows library, which calls on some of your code only as needed.
