80538 Form Enhancement

Enhancement of a Form/Database Integration We want it in Php. your job is made easy as we own a form processing script (with license etc.) which is [login to view URL] if you have experience on this application all would be relatively smooth. This is a relatively easy project. We do have an existing form ([login to view URL]) to request our catalogue. The current script is written in Perl. The scripts perform few more things then sending just an email: a) the script select the “qualified leads” who meet certain criteria for catalogues to be send by air mail. These qualified leads are published on an administrator page where he can download them and import them on excel to print labels(flat db) b) all leads (also the unqualified ones) receive the catalogue in pdf format via email c) all leads are printed with email etc in another administrator page with a referral, so we see where people come from (advertisement type etc.) so in a flat db D) as we receive many leads we do not receive them by email from this form Enhancements a) the “all leads” with email are printed on a page. Not recorded on a database and this is really bad. I want a user friendly web based interface where my colleague can see all the leads (qualified and unqualified ones) with referral, time etc. selecting them by period (default last 30 days) or by referral. All should be web based so user friendly. b) We have a function which does not work on the form. This is a grab email for people who decided to subscribe to our newsletter. Theoretically the form should send the email to yahoo groups for joining our mailing list. But doesn’t work. We have a local script to manage email groups but cannot see the bounced email so you should upgrade it to detect bounced email OR simply make it in a way that the request is passed on yahoo groups (we have the code to do that but does not work) c) I would like if possible the system to send an email/remind in automatic after 30 days from the request of catalogue with further information. It can be done with cron. That’s kind of all. About your bid: a) I will give preference to personal programmers (not company who pass it to someone else).
